1. Scope of Application

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Psycho-Klinic, including:
therapy sessions, behavioral coaching, graphology, naturopathy, and any individual or group support.

2. Right to Cancel

Clients may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be sent by email to psychoklinic@gmail.com

✅ Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance:
The session may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

❌ Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance:
The full amount of the session is due and non-refundable, except in cases of duly justified force majeure (e.g., accident, hospitalization).

3. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (illness, hospitalization, accident, etc.), the session may be:

• rescheduled to a later date, or

• partially or fully refunded depending on the situation.

Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be requested to validate the claim.

4. Cancellations by Psycho-Klinic

If Psycho-Klinic must postpone or cancel a session (unavailability, technical issue, emergency), the client will be informed immediately.

The client may then choose to:

• reschedule the session, or

• receive a full refund within a maximum of 10 days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Some services requiring substantial preparatory work are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once started, unless exceptionally agreed otherwise:

• Graphological analyses

• Written behavioral studies or reports sent by email

In the event of a clear error or duplicate payment, a full refund will naturally be issued.

7. Gift Certificates and Complimentary Sessions

Gift certificates and complimentary sessions cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another person with Psycho-Klinic’s approval.
The beneficiary simply needs to confirm their identity and willingness to use the session.
